The Two Sisters, Guirdolim

When two sisters came to us in 2021 with a brief to design two houses for them on the same piece of land, we decided to take that brief literally, and conceptualised the two houses as Two Sisters - cut from the same cloth and with the same DNA, but each with their own unique personality and character. Basalt masonry features prominently, as does laterite.  For the roofs, we opted for a traditional 4-way pitched one, with Mangalore tiles and a wooden false ceiling that exudes warmth and old-world charm.
