The Yellow Brick House, Salvador do Mundo

An expressive home for a small family, the house exploits the natural warmth and texture of its main material - yellow brick.

 

Employing a traditional jack-arch flooring with a steel skillion roof, the house combines load-bearing masonry with a steel-framed structure, giving it an earthy but slightly industrial aesthetic.
